TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery orders are subjected to:
  • Your address falling in the defined delivery area of the nearest restaurant
  • The delivery address being mapped to the nearest restaurant that delivers in your area
  • Availability of the restaurant online
  • In case the delivery locality is not listed in the restaurant locator, delivery of orders cannot be placed; However you may choose to pick up your order from the nearest Rasoie restaurant
  • Your Order must have at least 1 item (excluding Item Mania) or the minimum bill must be Rs. 250/- or more (inclusive of taxes for delivery)
MENU The menu is displayed as per the availability of the menu items in the mapped restaurant.
  • In case certain menu items are not listed in the menu page, the particular restaurant does not carry those items in the menu
  • In case of non-availability of ordered product at the mapped restaurant, the order would not be executed. Same would be informed by the restaurant near you
Coupens Only Rasoie authorised e-coupons shall be applicable for online order.
  • The complete code has to be punched in the coupon section for availing the coupon
  • The coupon code is not case sensitive
  • The coupon may not work if the conditions defined in the coupon details are not fulfilled in the order
  • Rasoie holds the right to accept or reject any coupon without giving any reason whatsoever
  • The coupons are valid for specified period only and will not be accepted after the expiry of the validity period
  • Coupons cannot be clubbed with any other offer / scheme
  • Please announce the coupon and coupon code to the order taker while placing the order at the Restaurant
  • In case of online or on call order, cut and hand over hard-copy of the coupon to the delivery person while taking the delivery
  • Only one coupon is valid per order
  • Offer valid only in participating Outlets
  • Offer is not valid on MRP items 
Modify / Cancel The Online Orders
  • The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled via any digital medium
  • You can get updated on the status of the order by calling the Outlet directly
  • In case the order which is paid through digital payment method is cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product at the restaurant, the amount will be returned by reversing the transaction by Rasoie restaurant. This refund will be returned on the actual source within 5 to7 working days. However, Rasoie is not responsible for any delay on the bank side
Free Home Delivery
  • Limited area of delivery
  • Prices exclusive of all taxes. Prices subject to change without prior notice. Total amount rounded off to the nearest rupee
  • Delivery guarantee is applicable at the first barrier point (security guard/reception etc.)
  • Rasoie does not penalize its drivers for late delivery
  • 60 minutes or free is not applicable when restaurant operating conditions are not suitable, this will be announced at the time of taking the order
  • Rasoie Item reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior intimation
  • For online pre-paid orders, TSG and Late Delivery refund points will be credited to Rasoie Wallet
  • Auto credit of points to the wallet will be processed in 1 business day
  • Rasoie points will expire in 90 days from the date of credit
  • The maximum liability of Rasoie is limited up to 250 Rupees in case of late delivery
  • 60 minutes delivery guarantee shall not be applicable on festivals/big occasions like New Year eve, on Pongal  Festival, Christmas and Diwali etc. the service guarantee may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery
  • For Delivery minimum order should be of one Item (other than Item Mania) or order value of 250/-( Inclusive of Taxes ). Limited area of delivery. Prices exclusive of all taxes. Prices subject to change without prior notice. Total amount rounded off to the nearest rupee. Service guarantee of less than 60 minutes or free shall not be valid on bulk orders. Bulk Orders are orders for 5 or more cooked products (including sides and/or Item).
  • Maximum liability for Rasoie Item is 250. For Delivery minimum order should be of one Item  or order value of 250/-( Inclusive of Taxes ). Limited area of delivery. Prices exclusive of all taxes. Prices subject to change without prior notice. Total amount rounded off to the nearest rupee. Service guarantee of less than 60  minutes or free shall not be valid on bulk orders. Bulk Orders are orders for 5 or more Cooked products (including sides and/or Item). Service Guarantee of 60 Minutes or Free is also applicable only on one Item Mania combo of 4. Delivery guarantee is applicable at the first barrier point (security guard/reception etc.). Rasoie Item does not penalize its drivers for late delivery. 60 minutes or free is not applicable when restaurant operating conditions are not suitable, this will be announced at the time of taking the order. Rasoie Item reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior intimation.
  • In case of late delivery, orders up to bill value of 250 will be completely free ( no amount charged for the order). Orders above bill value of 250 will get a maximum refund of 250. Maximum Rasoie liability is 250. Orders of 5 or more items/Cooked sides ( in case of only sides delivery) qualify as bulk orders, not valid for service guarantee of less than 60 minutes or free. Rasoie does not penalize its drivers for late delivery. 60 minutes or free not applicable when restaurant operating conditions are not suitable, to be announced at the time of order taking. Rasoie Item reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior information. 60 minutes delivery guarantee not applicable on new year’s eve and. On Pongal Festival, Christmas and Diwali, the service guarantee may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions food delivery.

Delivery Charges
  • Delivery charges shall be applicable to all delivery orders.
  • Delivery charges are applicable for all Delivery Orders placed through Rasoie assets – mobile apps, mobile site, online orders through Rasoie website www.Rasoie.com or the centralized number 9282226666
  • Delivery Charges of INR 21 per invoice shall be applicable to all the delivery orders irrespective of the value of the order.
  • Delivery charges are inclusive of taxes.
  • Delivery of orders shall be subject to availability of stock.
  • Aroma Restaurants and Resorts Pvt Ltd.  reserves the right to modify the Delivery Charges without prior notice.
  • The decision of Aroma Restaurants and Resorts Pvt Ltd. , in case of any dispute or interpretation of any term, shall be final.
  • All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
  • In case of any queries/grievance, the customer(s) may write to (ARR) at guestcareRasoie.com.
  • Further the Terms and Conditions as mentioned on www.Rasoie.com shall apply.

Late Night Deliverys
  • This is applicable for late night delivery in select restaurants except for city of Bangalore. Refer ‘Late Night Delivery in Bangalore’ section for further details
  • Delivery of orders shall be as per the available stock
  • Late Night Delivery ordering is applicable on orders received between 11 PM to 3 AM only.
  • Certain areas of the city would be serviced through select restaurants for the Late Night Delivery.
  • The night orders can be placed through Rasoie mobile app, online ordering through Rasoie website www.Rasoie.com or the centralized number only 9282226666
  • A delivery charge of INR 45 (inclusive of taxes) will be applicable for late night orders.
  • Service guarantee of 60 minutes or free would not be applicable on Late Night Delivery ordering.
  • Advance ordering is not allowed under Late night delivery ordering.
  • Takeaway/Dine In is not allowed under Late night delivery ordering.
  • The delivery charge of INR 45 is applicable on all the orders irrespective of the value of order.
  • The delivery charge of INR 45 is applicable on per invoice/bill.
  • Further T&Cs on www.Rasoie.com shall apply.
Cashback or Discount on Payment Page. Cashback or Discount offered on the payment method selection page of Rasoie is given by the respective payment method partners. These discounts are not being provided by Rasoie Item India T&C For E Gift Card
  • Rasoie Electronic Gift Card (EGC) is for ONE TIME USE ONLY, any unredeemed amount will get forfeited
  • Rasoie EGC are available for any denomination between INR 100 and INR 2000
  • Rasoie EGC can be used to purchase any Rasoie product on Rasoie India Mobile App
  • Rasoie EGC cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Once E gift card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged
  • No refund will be made for any lost Egift cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift cards balance
  • Maximum one EGift card can be used per order
  • Balance can be checked from the website www.Rasoie.com/gift-vouchers/balance-enquiry
  • (ARR) at its own discretion may withdraw issuance/redemption of vouchers, without any prior notice in this regard
  • (ARR)’s maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the voucher
  • Redemption will happen on mobile platforms i.e. Mobile APP, and Mobile Website  In restaurants redemption will NOT be available
  • Any pre-order discount like EDV, CRM, Combos and any after order discount like Late or any specific guarantee in place with Rasoie will NOT be applicable
  • Remaining balance in case if the order value is more than voucher value can only be paid by cash. (No other modes of payment are acceptable)

We also update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us, display your saved order and customer reviews, recommend products and services that might be of your interest such as combos. We gather following types of information from you: Information provided by you: We receive and store any information you provide us on our website to place order or give us in any other way like sharing feedback, concerns, official social media interaction, ordering in restaurant information collected through aggregators during ordering and delivery like , swiggy, Zomato, etc. You can choose not to provide certain information but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. Information like your name, email, mobile number, address is mandatory for delivery orders. We also use the information that you provide for sending you digital invoice, SMS for feedback etc Automatic Information: We may receive/store information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information for internal analysis and to provide you location-based services, such as to correctly identify your location of delivery and other personalized content. We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many websites, we use “cookies” and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our websites. E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we may enable confirmation when you open e-mail from Rasoie. Information from other sources: We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. By using our site , services you agree to our use of your information (including sensitive personal information) in accordance with our terms and conditions, privacy policy which may be amended from time to time by Rasoie. You also agree and give us your consent for collecting, storing, processing, transferring and sharing information (including sensitive personal information) related to you with third parties or service providers for the purposes as mentioned in T&C and privacy policy. Customer information is the most important part of our business and we take care this information on priority.   • We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information and to maintain data security. These safeguards take into account the sensitivity of the information that we collect, process and store and the current state of technology. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. The third party service providers with respect to payment gateway and payment processing are all validated as compliant with the payment card industry standard 
  • We don’t store any of your credit card information.  While paying by credit card you are redirected to payment gateway for payment and come back to site after payment.
  • We encrypt and store your passwords in our website. We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control. You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. You should not share your user name, password, or other security information for your Rasoie account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your user name and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions
Saved Cards
  • Aroma Restaurants and Resorts Pvt Ltd.  is the owner of Rasoie India Application and Website (Progressive Web Applications and Desktop).
  • The ‘save your card’ service on Rasoie India Application is provided and powered by Paytm.
  • Paytm is the payment facilitator owned by One97 Communications Ltd. 
  • The details of cards (credit and debit) saved are fully protected and administered by Paytm.
  • (ARR) does not save any sensitive card information of its Customers on its servers or databases.
  • Paytm is PCI DSS compliant vide PCI/COC/ONE97-18218 and is authorised to store card data (except CVV number).
  • Customer saved card (s) details on Rasoie India Application, Progressive Web Applications or Desktop, is always saved by Paytm (except CVV number) and not by (ARR).
  • Customer’s personal cards as shown on Rasoie India Application, Progressive Web Applications or Desktop, are always fetched from Paytm.
  • Customer can view their saved cards through : Profile -> My saved cards
  • Rasoie India Application can also fetch Customer card information from Paytm. Although the same shall not be saved on the Rasoie India Application.
  • Rasoie India Application will always seek Customer permission prior to fetching Customer card information from Paytm or even save a new card.
  • Only on clicking the YES tab, or checking the tick box for permission to save card the saved card information will be fetched from Paytm and reflected on Rasoie India Application.
  • Cards saved by a Customer on Rasoie India Application can only be deleted by such Customer by logging in to customer account on Rasoie India Application.
  • If a Customer has saved more than 10 cards through Rasoie India Application or Website and Paytm, then the Customer might not be able to view all the saved cards together in the saved cards option. In order to view a desired saved card, the Customer is required to delete few of the cards from saved cards.
  • Due to high level of encryption & security involved, Customer permission might be asked every time to fetch card information from Paytm.
  • All payment details which are entered through the payment gateway are encrypted when Customer enters them. Paytm uses encryption to keep Customer data private and secured while in transit. The gateway is secure and uses 256 bit encryption to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the Website, Rasoie India Application or Progressive Web Applications.
  • Paytm reviews its information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to the system containing data.
  • Paytm permits restricted access to personal information of Customer to (ARR) employees, contractors and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with access to it is under strict confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
  • Paytm reserves the right to decline the acceptance of an online payment if Customer account is in default for any reason.
  • (ARR) reserves the right to withdraw the service at any time at its discretion.
  • (ARR) retains the right to change the terms and conditions of the present service, without any prior notice.
  • All disputes pertaining to present service are subject to jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi only.
  • For any grievance regarding the present service, the customer shall log in to www.Rasoie.com for appropriate redressal.
